Shilton China Clay Quarry, Stenalees, St.Austell, Cornwall.

A rare locality specimen displaying rich coarsely crystalline cassiterite in a kaolinised granite matrix.

Shilton was a small privately owned quarry which has been flooded for many years it is situated NW of Trverbyn which can be seen top left in the last photo.
