Wheal Coates, St. Agnes, Cornwall.

A carlsbad twin crystal of orthoclase feldspar which has been richly replaced by dark brown to black granular cassiterite, there is also another smaller crystal attached obliquely to one side.

Excellent example of this find from Wheal Coates which was collected in the early 1800s.
